Iata ca cei de la Nokia au facut ceea ce ne asteptam sa faca deja de ceva timp: sa lanseze pe piata o tableta sub brand propriu. Este vorba de Lumia 2520, cea mai noua tableta a celor de la Nokia si singurul dispozitiv al acestui mare producator care ar putea rivaliza cu un iPad. Poate ca nu va atrage un numar atat de ridicat de cumparatori sau de fani precum cel al celor de la Apple, dar este prima tableta de calitate lansata de Nokia si cea care are cele  mai mari sanse sa razbata pe piata deja aglomerata a tabletelor android si nu numai.

Lumia 2520 nu este o tableta android, ci ruleaza sistemul de operare Windows RT 8.1, care este rapid, fluid si extrem de usor de utilizat pe un astfel de dispozitiv dotat cu touchscreen. Spre deosebire de alte tablete care ruleaza aceasta versiune de sistem de operare, Lumia 2520 nu intampina nici un fel de lag in incarcarea aplicatiilor, in mare parte datorita procesorului cu care este dotata, Snapdragon 800, tactat la 2.2 GHz.

Design-ul unitar al lui Lumia 2520, policarbonat, impresioneaza prin senzatia de produs premium pe care ti-o inspira inca de la prima atingere, este viu colorat, interesant stilizat si prietenos utilizarii. Din acest punct de vedere, Lumia 2520 pare, mai degraba, destinata cumparatorilor de zi cu zi si nu celor business. Colturile sale rotunjite i ofera o estetica placuta, cu toate ca nu am putea spune ca este o tableta usor de tinut intr-o mana, mai ales daca o compari cu dimensiunile unui dispozitiv precum  Sony Xperia Tablet Z.

Lumia 2520 dispune de memorie extensibila si are o multime de slot-uri, inclusiv o iesire HDMI si doua port-uri USB 3.0. In plus, pentru cei care doresc  spatiu de stocare suplimentar, Lumia 2520 ofera posibilitatea de a stoca sub forma SkyDrive.

Autonomia de functionare a bateriei cu care este dotata Lumia 2520 atinge in utilizare un prag impresionant de 11 ore, cu toate ca acest timp poate fi cu mult imbunatatit daca utilizatorul opteaza sa achizitioneze Lumia 2520 alaturi de husa suplimentara, care dispune de un extra – acumulator, la un pret de aproximativ 150 de dolari.

Lumia 2520 dispune si de o tastatura atasabila extrem de usor de utilizat si de montat, care o transforma intr-un veritabil laptop. Ecranul in sine este cu adevarat impresionant, cu o redare a luminozitatii si o reproducere a culorilor care arata grozav pentru o tableta de 10.1 inch. Reflexia ecranului este foarte ridicata, ceea ce face ca Lumia 2520 sa fie una dintre cele mai dificile de fotografiat tablete de pe piata, din cauza Gorilla Glass 2 cu care este echipata.

Lumia 2520 poate fi utilizata si ca un inlocuitor de smartphone pentru ca este prevazuta si cu slot de micro Sim 3G/4G. Acest lucru i creste si portabilitatea, deoarece in acest fel va constitui o tentatie pentru toti acei utilizatori care nu vor sa care dupa ei mai mult decat un singur aparat.

Lumia 2520 este o tableta interesanta, cu un design atragator, viu colorat si un pret accesibil.
